The company shipped a product other than what I originally ordered

I have been ordering the same product from TruMedCanada for about 2 years. Something must of happened recently which caused them to provide poor customer service. For the whole 2 years I ordered from them, I received my product within 1 week after ordering. The last 2 orders took about 3 weeks for me to receive my medicine. That is not the problem. The problem is, on the last order, they shipped to me an international version of medication which does not even have instructions in English.

This product was shipped from the UK. I believe that is fraudulant, because they advertise as a Canada base company. I have called and left messages, I have sent them emails and they do not reply. The only option I have now is to send the product back to the UK and hope they refund my money or send me the original ordered medication. Trust me when I say, I will never purchase from this company again. They lost a customer for life.
