I am a mother of 3 children, all three were asked to sign contracts for modelling with STYLUS Canada on June 27th/08. We signed the contracts, and agreed to go the photographer they highly recommended. We paid Stylus Canada $1646.00 which was suppose to be for management fees and for your childrens picture's to be put on there web site for better exposure for a year. They said our 3rd child was free, because they really liked her, so that price was suppose to be a bargain!

We were dedicated in giving it our best try and always having the kids at whatever audition they were picked for. Eventually after many many trips to Toronto finally 2 of my kids were chosen to do the Sears Halloween flyer, we were very excited they finallly had there "first job". Neither one was ever paid for the work they did, but i'm sure " Stylus Canada " was! I was told this was a big opportunity and more jobs now would probably be coming, sure enough the next week they had another job to do. This was suppose to be a poster put in the" Toronto Art Gallery" that as well they were never paid for! This was a job for "Graf Studio", at a Keele Street Parking Lot location in Toronto.

This whole experience was not just a RIP OFF but very disappointing for my kids who always tried there best to memorize lines and do exactly what the casting directors might ask them to do.

When Stylus Canada was suppose to be bought from WMG agency I was told by payroll that my kids would be PAID it was just taking longer because of the company changing over, "don't worry she said"! I waited and waited and called 2 more times and no one would ever answer the phone. My children were used for 2 different jobs and never paid and they shouldn't be able to get away with this! Not to mention all the fees and the photo shoots we paid for and all the long trips to Toronto for NOTHING!
