Shipped incorrect item 8 weeks after original order..!!

Do not do business with "Roberts Hard to Find Videos"... Get your movies somewhere else. This guy is one big rip-off artist...!! He is at best
incompetent... incoherent... and I expect just another internet "Scam Artist.

I orderd a DVD movie last November... and (8) weeks later recieved a VHS tape. No paperwork whatsoever..!! No order confirmation... no notification of shipment... no packing slip and no invoice. Charged my credit card $24.45. which I had to pay. I sent an E Mail to complain... the guy calls back... and says he will correct the problem...!! (2) months later another charge shows up on my credit card for $40.95. and after several E Mails and incoherent reponses... He can't explain the charge...!! I've spent the better part of a weeksending E Mails to this jerk... and finally filed "Complaint" with my credit card company for "Unathorized Charge".

Yesterday after an extremely angry phone
conversation... he finally agreed to issue a credit to my acct. for the phony $40.95 charge. and (24) hours later... guess what..no credit issued..!! As I look at the listings on the "Rip-Off" Report... It looks like I'm complaint #10. How many complaints will it take to put this guy out of business.

What a freaking Rip-Off..!! If I ever see the credit issued to my acct... I'll post a follow up. I
meantime... you should avoid doing any business with Roberts Hard to Find Videos..!!
