No insurance for the dogs and unsafe conditions and environment for dogs

This so called business runs from a frickin house and when I took my dog there and left it it turned out to be the nightmare on dog street. Janet cut the nails to bleeding length on 4 nails and left them to bleed in my car all the way home. When called and asked about insurance for the pets and the business I was told to F#@* O#* and don't bring the dog back. Well that being said, I called for insurance numbers and got this attitude. I was not going to bring my dog to an unlicensed dog groomer that works from a home and has no ethics when comes to fixing the issue.

As for the attitude we got when we asked for this legitimate request shows alot about the character of this business and person. When I asked who cut the nails she claims her assistant did and after a legal registry search, according to the Government Office she is only person there??? Who is your assistance lady?

Oh yes, by the way her (my puppies) nail got infected and cost me over $400.00 to get to the Vet and get fixed up or suffer losing the foot, said the Vet.

Last time I suggest taking the dog to a unlicensed shop again and advise anyone in the Niagara Area to go to a professional groomer with a shop, at least they would have some type of injury or accident insurance for these cases. Plus ask for training background in the future as well.
