Avery Stone rip me off as he told me he was working for Memberserv vs 101 Clean

In June i paid Memberserv Avery Stone 9500.00$. He promised me to provide cleaning contract in 30 to 45 days. When nothing happened after 45 days i called him what happen to my contract and he replied we no longer doing any bussiness but i will be in touch with you soon. But i changed my mind according to contract if he dont provide any contract after 225 days we can have our money back.

When i contract if after 225 days he told me that company is no longer in bussiness and he work for a new company name 101 Clean and this company is ready to honour our payment and we have to sign a new contract. The name of the new company is 101 Clean if any body is interested to open cleaning bussiness please stay away from this company. Any body need more information please call me.
