BLOOMEX CANADA'S LARGEST RIP OFF FLORIST ON LINE OTTAWA/ TORONTO

Bloomex is an on line flower provided that supposedly delivers all over Canada and the U.S. (same day delivery) rarely happens. Bloomex informs there employee's not to let customers know that there is a glitch in the system and they are charged more after giving the credit card info.

Rarely are the flowers you actually ordered delivered, policy says they can substitute for something of equal value.. I don't know order an Orchid and they substitute it for a pineapple fruit basket... hardly close to an orchid . but they will say read the policy, we are allowed ..

DIMITRI the owner of the company is refusing to pay me my last weeks pay after I quit on him for deductiong hours that I worked again .. he has the staff deduct something off each and every pay check, if its not 5$ for wrong email addresses its your break pay that you didnt take...

This morning I was told by Dimitri that If I didnt write a letter of apology to him and the company I would not be getting a pay, he will have to pay me big bucks to lie .. I WILL NOT RETRACT WHAT I SAID .. BLOOMEX IS A RIP OFF COMPANY SCAMMING everyone it can including the employees. I have a letter from head office telling operators not to let the customers know that there is a glitch in the systems and pass the order threw with out giving the customer a final total .. that way they don't have to refund the extra money .. is this honest... of course not if it was Dimitri wouldnt be doing it .. if you would like a copy of the letter please email me at yrbelanger@yahoo.ca I will be pleased to forward it to anyone and everyone ..
