I ordered 100 labels from this company and they never showed up but they debit my card. No answer to phone or e-mail

I ordered labels from this company, and it seemed longer and longer and nothing had come. Whe I inquired about this they e-mailed me back only 1 time to tell me it takes 10-12 days. They debited my credit card and I never received anything. I have sent SEVERAL e-mails and they will not even rerspond. So I tried to call, SUPRISE!! This is a MAILBOX ONLY!!!
I am starting a business and I needed those labels now I am just out.
This will set me back for sure!
