Received letter stating I won $150, 000 in "National Lotto Co-Operation Sweepstakes Lottery", held 7-12-08, 2nd category. Total prize of $1.5million, shared among 10 others. Many unseccessful attempts to contact me.

Prize has been forwarded to Clearing/Disbursement institution w/instructions to release funds after clearance has been made. Enclosed a check for $4, 977.28 (deducted from winnings) to pay "Government Processing Fees" of $2, 998.00 by Western Union/MoneyGram to Tax Agent. Will receive tax info. from assigned agent, James Anderson, call 1-289-888-1326. Claim numbers were listed in letter 2 times. Final Winning Notice at top. I actually received 2 letters, same day, exact information, postmarked from CANADA, .95c very pretty canadian stamp.

Looked up all info. on internet but only found the Bank that the check was written off of. Called Bank and they verified they had no account with this account number.

Called agent and he said they were going to send me the balance of the money and he hung up. Called back and his mailbox was full. Called several times and did not get through.
