Sandra Will steal from those who don't owe the money

Northern Ontario Wires opened a business account when they opened it they asked for the contact name, which was my name. When they opened the account they said it was under the business name, when we got the first bill it said the contact name, we told them about this and they said that was fine it was just who the bill went to. We had problems in the beginning trying to make us pay for power that belonged to the previous owner, but when we sold the business, they took the power out of the business name and transfered it to our personal account, they also transfered part of the new owners bill and gave us disconnection notices, being we have two young children and in the winter we told them we couldn't afford the bill that wasn't ours as we already took a major loss and couldn't get jobs because we didn't know French and are always being called "American's". The woman Sandra said she didn't care, she also pointed how that she wasn't a hiring company not to tell her this. She just wanted her money, what about the money I'm out? i'm now out $500 as for the new owners bill that was on and for a bill that should have been left in the business accounts name not brought onto the contact person's name.
Being they are the only power company in town, you have no choice and can't go else where. I've got emails to back everything up and bill payment stubs
