Delivered flowers at wrong time & wrong address, hung up when I called and offered no client service

I ordered online a plant and flower basket that was delivered at the wrong time & the wrong address. When I called to ask for a correction, the phone was cut (hung up). When I called back, I was offered no client service. The person on the phone was actually giving me attitude!!
These flowers were for a collegue who is sick.
This is a total ripoff!
