, SANDY PETERSON, Payments Officer have recieved letter stating prize of 9000 but send cheque for 19.95

I recieved the letter this morning 16 february 2008 stating that i had won 9000 prize and all i had to do was reply within seven days enclosing a cheque for 19.95
i thought this was odd as i had not entered any competitions so i typed in the company name into google which led me to your web site which states from other people that it is a scam and not to respond. I do not have any intention of responding now that i have checked them out on this website and unfortuntley some people have been duped.
i just wish to thankyou for this information
you have just saved us 19.95.
