Sent a check for 3, 850 dollars saying I had won a lottery and I was supposed to contact Christopher P. Bailey of Intel Finaciers

My report is identical to the one posted allready, and has Ref# PPM-203022 and Winner Code: WWBF-5077 dated January 22th 2008.
It says;
