I also bought into the the promises that this company made. I paid $30, 000.for 10 vending machines, placement of machines in high volume businesses and satisfaction guaranteed. I recieved 10 machines that are worth $250.00 each, placement in low sales lunchrooms and no help to move them to proper locations. I have spent money replacing out of date stock and now can not reach anyone from this company. We have phoned, faxed and also tried to reach Monarch all to no avail. I had to remove all the machines as the cost to keep them there was getting too much. I now have stock, machines and no where to place them. We have been in touch with the York Regional Police.
