Dishonest and fraudulent employment services

I have entered an agreement for employment search with Robert Hort the owner of the Canadian employment service back and paid $1, 500, the first installment of a total of $4, 500 which was charged to my credit card. Before entering the agreement, I have paid the company, Canada US Employment $199, about a year earlier, to complete what it labeled employability report. Mr. Hort charged my credit card $1, 500 plus $51.14 of transaction charges which was not agreed upon.

I have disagreed with such explanation. After receiving the first installment of $1, 500, Mr. Hort was not able to provide the service as agreed to. Not only did he demonstrate a high-level of incompetence in matter of recruiting he was also in my judgment willing to demonstrate any best effort or best intent top provided the service he was being paid for.

In fact, he not only failed to provide additional update to my resume as one would expect but also just did not understand key aspects of my skills and qualifications necessary for a matching to advertised positions.

I required him to pay back the charges of $51 and the $199 paid for the employability report which were to be deducted from the next installment should he successfully complete the first step of the employment search as specified in the agreement. While giving me a verbal promise, he suddenly stop replying to emails.

Those outside Canada must be very careful in dealing this company as it apparently must be trying to keep its records clean.
