Likes to take money from me and there products are useless nor will they exchange them, or give refunds ripoff

I shopped at sears canada twice in my life and never again. they like to take my money, but they don't stand behind there product so i have useless prodruct at home and can't do nothing with them cause they take them back or give me a refund. this company should be put in the public eye with a warning lable on it and i am not the only one this companys has messed with. owensound needs there store shut down or they need customer service ethics put in this location.
