I was sent in the mail from box lotto a letter and a check saying not to cash it until i have called the number and ask for jennifer howards (1-905-782-4666) that i was a category "c"winner and that i was one of the eight lucky winners therfore i would receive a payout of $95, 000.00 (sud) and that my pin number is NVB/20995 and that i should refer to this number in alll corressponence with our office. and said that every year their are a surplu of funds due to prizes that are not claimed so in order to maintain a lottery status they had to put manes in a hat to have a drawing of unclaimed winnings.
