Hi, I'm a new immigrant, I believe in Canada every store has a 14 day return policy. I purchased a charger on 13/2/2006. The next day I wanted to return the charger as my phone could not be used in this country. Mr Franco of the company Uni-cell, a retailer of Fido said that the item cannot be returned which is against the laws of Ontario.
