Gary Fraser is a con artist. Here in Muskoka he has been involved in real estate fraud and has conned contractors, resorts, and retail establishments out of thousands of dollars in materials and services. Do not be tempted by his stories of incredible wealth and influence.

Gary Fraser is known to the OPP throughout Niagra and Southern Ontario (Port Colborne, St. Cahterines, Burlington)

He establishes artificial investment schemes and then uses the ill-gotton money to impress others into "investing" with him. The cottages, boats, toys, improvements etc are all just tools by which he creates an image.

The Port Colborne OPP reported to me many civil lawsuits against him and at the time criminal charges were pending. Even if he gives you 100% cash up front you have to understand that this cash was probably obtained fraudulently from others.
