Ripoff COMPANY IS GOING BANKRUPT, CLOSING DOORS, DO NOT PLACE ORDERS THEY WILL NOT BE FILLED

According to reports from current staff, Urban Florist/Artisan Florist is in the process of closing up shop. All customer service reps have been laid off and not paid, so if you are calling or emailing and not receiving any reply, it is because no one is physcially there to assist you. Nonetheless, scumbucket Alif Somani still has his sites up and is still collecting orders he cannot fill, a la Jetsgo. Do not place an order as it will not likely be filled, despite the fact that you will be charged for it and getting a refund will be a massive headache, if even possible.

If you still have refunds outstanding with this company, we would suggest you contact the owner, Alif Somani, directly at (604) 376-0410/(604) 677-2585/(604) 922-3224. He maybe able to assist you, or at least explain why he believes it is ok to rip customers off.

We have also noted one of his employees has been on this site filing rebuttals and promises of refunds and assistance. Christina, please, give it up and find a real job--for god's sake, he's not even PAYING you assist him in defrauding people. It's sad.
