I put a $900 deposit on a pup. The litter was to be born November 26th 2004. In the second week of December Jennifer emails me and tells me that all but two puppies died and there were people ahead of me on the waiting list.

She tried to get me to roll over to her spring litter but I didn't want to wait. She said she would send out my refund in the mail within two weeks. Again she said she sent it out Jan 4, and again she said she sent it out Jan 27. I haven't received a penny!

I have been playing phone and email tag with this lady since December and have not gotten anywhere. It has gotten to the point where I have filed a claim in court and will sue this Jennifer for every cent I can get out of her. Please do not bother doing business with 21st Guardian Kennels, Jennifer Skinner. She is a liar and a scam artist.

Jennifer Skinner told me over the phone at the beginning of January 2005 that the owner of Rustic Kennels is the person who is posting these files about her one this web site in attempts to ruin her business of a Cane Corso breeder.

If anyone else has information concerning the November 2004 litter and others getting ripped off by this Jennifer, please use the rebuttal box to send your story.

Something has to be done about this. Jennifer should not be allowed to breed these dogs if she is going to choose to scam her potential buyers and practice improper business. This is the most unprofessional thing I've seen in years! HELP PUT A STOP TO IT!!!
