Inc. ripoff by Marvel Products, never sent garden hoses nor refunded returned merchadise $115.75

April 8th 2003 we ordered from Marvel Product the following.

2-50 feet of Flexihose garden hose. $ 58.00
1 Smiling feet shoe insoles. $ 19.95
20 piece Classic car collection. $ 19.95
Total $115.75

We returned the insoles and car collection May 30th. Never did receive the garden hose nor the refund for the returned items.

Send a letter June 5th, no reaction.

Found a order form and send it in with a message and told them they were to be found on the web. No answer again!
Send a e-mail today and we will see what happens. I repeated today again that they can be found on the web and that many others have the same experience as we have.
