Rip-off cashed the cheque & never sent goods this is THEFT!

I am writing for my 80 year old mother who in good faith sent a cheque for 2 braclets, the cheque was cashed (in October 2002) within 4 days and the braclets have not been sent (December 2002) yet. They have sent her a catalogue,
I am sure hoping she will send them more money for nothing! This is Theft! To take advantage of people is dispicable, but our Veterans and Seniors is unacceptable! From the number of ripoff entries due to this so called company, these guys should have been out of business long ago. How can I help to close this business down... anyone who can tell me how..please email!
