Trial access rip-off

I have done everything possible to try to get 'Paycom.net' to credit my Visa account, to me it is false advertising for using the word trial access $2.95US and then turn around and charge you for $34.95US a month for some service that you hadn't even been aware of, yet they say there is a contract just before or after the trial access screen, I disagree.

I think the contracts should be more clear in what they state, and an individual should be made aware that he or she will be billed these extra charges, I am also prepared to take this to a lawyer and get results, I'm sure if more people were to fill in this form, maybe Paycom.net would look into the services before they slap i on someone's credit card.
