Fired for being sick!??!

Two weeks into my training I came down with a nasty cold complete with chest congestion and severe head pressure.. called into work and said I wasnt going to be able to make it, boss says "Thats fine, hope you feel better" next day they call me and fire me for missing "Too much worK during training"... it was ONE DAY & I WAS SICK!?!?!!!?! A little f**ken bull s**t? I THINK SO!!!
