Pay has always been an issue with this company. It is bad enough you get shit pay but you also do not receive any health benefits. Supervisors on site are expected to do the work of a supervisor and operation. This is because Lormar is to cheap to hire an operation person so they get 1 person to do the job of 2. They pay supervisors only $1.00 more compared to a regular guard.

No incentive or even a thankyou when doing extra. Unprofessional company. Fet up with how this company is still in business.

There is no siniority with Lormar. New staff will get paid $1.00 to $2.00 more compared to a person that has been there for 10 years plus. Tell me how criminal this is. Labour Board should come down hard on unethical companies like this one. This is all the owners fault. Cannot blame people that work in the office and on site they are only doing what there told. President should own up for his business practices.
