Ordered Reading and Never Received

I have paid $39.63 CAD for a report that I never received. I have sent numerous emails following up to both the email she sends me incessant solicitations which are very convincing as well as to the e-mail address that was on my receipt. At the very least I would like the report she promised. Without it, this is just another internet scam and I can't believe I got sucked in. I want the report or my money back. The e-mail address on my receipt is contact1@jh-mind.com and the other email address is janet@emailing-jh.com. I know her company website is registered in France so I sent her a message in English and French so she could understand me clearly. Still no response. Perhaps there is some French internet watchdog we could sick on her.
