Lack mold and rodents

Please do not rent from Balnar management!!! After a 6 yrs of them not keeping up with any maintance on the units or property we left. We found mice in our place crawling up inbetween the units, told management they did nothing. We showed them black mold they again did nothing. We proved our point to them. Nothing. They refused to allow the city health com in and inspect the unit. Alot of our furnature and posessions were thrown out. They will be a "friend" when you move in then again they will not clean your unit in any way. When you complain they will make your life miserable. You will be compleatly happy not having them as your landlords.
