I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with Insof Hammoud, a real estate agent at Pied A Terre Realty Inc. In my dealings with her, I have found her to be dishonest, fraudulent, and untrustworthy.

Ms. Hammoud has been involved in several construction and housing projects that she has used to scam immigrant clients. She promises high returns on investments and convinces her clients to invest large sums of money in these projects. However, she does not follow through on her promises and instead siphons off the cash for her own personal gain.

I have personally invested a significant amount of money in one of her housing projects, and to date, I have not seen any returns on my investment. Ms. Hammoud has been unresponsive to my calls and emails, and I have reason to believe that she has no intention of honoring her commitments.

It is my belief that Ms. Hammoud is preying on vulnerable immigrant clients who may not be familiar with the real estate industry and may not have a thorough understanding of their legal rights. Her actions are unethical and illegal, and I implore anyone considering investing in a project that she is involved in to exercise caution and conduct their due diligence before committing any funds.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone to avoid doing business with Insof Hammoud and Pied A Terre Realty Inc. She is not to be trusted and should be held accountable for her fraudulent actions.
