I forgot to mention the bug infestation, unsecure mail boxes and locks, the party animals, drug dealers and drug addicts, constant traffic and noise 24/7. Fire alarm constantly going off, the police coming around every other day as well as the fire department and peramedics... it's a gong show!!! It's a law suit waiting to happen.
