No Help 311 Toronto about my complaint about city personnel

I received the following email reply from 311 Toronto dated June 3/25 concerning my email complaint to 311 on June 2/25 (see my post on May 30/25 on Toronto Employment & Social Services for complaint details)

I replied back to 311 Toronto the same date on June 3/23 as follows & then got no response whatsoever further from the City 311 team
''I did check into the info link you emailed me.
It seems to me that they do not accept anonymous email complaints from members of the public with no identifiable personal information
The negative experience I described gave me a strong impression that I will become a target of retaliation & I still rely on accessing resources at this location
This is NOT an isolated incident I have personally experienced at this centre. ALL MY PREVIOUS FACE-TO-FACE COMPLAINTS have proven waste of lots of my valuable time & whatever I have been complaining about continued, being routinely ignored if not getting worsened
My only option is try to avoid coming here so I wont become another ongoing victim of being harassed & discriminated against.''
