Harassing phone calls

Shawn Rogers of ARC Victoria, BC, continues to call me after asking not to do so.
This company feels its ok to harass people by phoning them.
Well, i feel that these individuals should experience some of there own medicine, post there private phone #'s and start calling them every evening.
They refuse to follow the rule of law so we should treat them in such a manner that is fitting.
Wait until Shawn Rogers starts getting phone calls every night.
Does anyone out there have any help in how to STOP these creeps.
