A complete scamme

I paid Mr Luang (owner) over $5000.00 to bring my nephew here in Canada four years ago. Until now my nephew is not here and this guy did not refund my money. I took him to court and the judge ordered him to pay me back but this guy just disappear or went in hiding or probably change his name and I can not trace him anymore. He is asian. I guess from Thailand. I know more people that have the same experience with him. This guy is a very good scammer.
