Megan & Nathan Clark YQL Doodles Clark's Barks

We rented our house to Megan & Nathan Clark in Lethbridge, they ran their YQL Doodles out of our home and during that time told multiple lies to us and neighbors. According to the neighbors they told them they had purchased our home (although they made no attempt to actually follow through). We eventually tried to get in and were told lie after lie, had to seek legal help and then when we knew they finally left, they had the locks changed. We got into our house and it was completely destroyed, they stole our shed, our firepit, cut down trees, made multiple changes without approval, took down lights, doors, electrical covers and put in a pile. The grass was completely gone, holes in walls, mold on windows, window screens removed, inches of dust and dirt and dog PISS EVERYWHERE!!! The smell was so atrocious we wouldn't enter the property without PPE and got physically ill. We have spent 2 months and over $80, 000 repairing this house. It has caused more emotional and physical destress to our family, my young daughters than I can begin to explain. We've had people come to the property looking for them and money they owe them. They built a pergola in that back and we found out the young guy who built it was never paid for anything. These people are crooks, thieves and the worst pigs you will ever encounter in your life. BEWARE of them, do not rent to them, they need to be stopped and they need to be in jail. I have heard from multiple neighbors and people that have come to the house they had upwards of 80 dogs in our house at a time!!! Please beware and if you encounter them, do not trust them, they are liars and only out for themselves.
