Order No. yhst-37096783696310-415608 - Order placed via the internet and confirmation received on Dec 8/11. No magazine has ever been received. E-mailed "custserve@magazineservicecenter.com" on Jul 21/12; phoned and left messages on Aug 2/12 and Aug 3/12 (recording advised to leave message as they were receiving a high volume of calls, so I did) and e-mailed again today (Aug 7/12). I now understand that Magazine City is not a reputable company, but I hoping you can assist me. This magazine was a birthday gift for my grand daughter. If I cannot get the year's subscription that I paid for, then I would like a refund of the money I paid for it - $30.42 USD.
