Employee harassment and discrimination

The harassment and discrimination towards employees by management at the Keil Drive location in Chatham, Ontario is unacceptable and violates every aspect of employees human rights. On behalf of certain employees, I have contacted head office in Oakville only to be sent back to the store owner in Chatham who is about as much use as a Zit on my ass. The harassment and discrimination has become worse and I have video recorded a few hours of this mistreatment to pursue complaints with Human Rights Commission and Labour Relations in hopes of turning this misguided around and get some of these managers fired. Legal action will be taken soon because The Ontario Human Rights Code (the "Code") states that it is public policy to recognize the inherent dignity and worth of every person, and to provide for equal rights and opportunities without discrimination.

We will not take legal action against one store, it will be filed against the entire corporation since they have been notified and are aware of the situation and does nothing. This is a prime example of corporate greed
