Won't confirm Pickup schedule!!!

Amazon issued return labels for Canpar to pickup boxes from my home. Canpar wouldn't return calls or confirm pickup. I have the reference numbers and the return labels stuck to the boxes and Canpar won't do its job. I called Canpar and spent 2.3 hours waiting. I called from a second phone to try to speak to someone and no success. Their F... live chat icon doesn't work. When I click it takes me somewhere else and from two different computers! It's frustrating that a service is paid for but the company wouldn't do its job or even care for having the client's money and not giving the service for it!!!
