Flowers were poor quality and did not arrive on time

Wished I had read the reviews before using this company! DO NOT ORDER FROM 24 SEND FLOWERS. I sent a floral arrangement for my aunt's funeral. This was important to me and my family that it gets delivered on time. I asked that it get delivered the next day in the morning. The viewing was set for the afternoon. The flowers did not arrive for the viewing but at the end of the day when the funeral home closed and the viewing closed. It was useless and a waste of money. Since I could not be there for the funeral, I wanted to send a floral arrangement to the family to express my sympathy during this difficult time. The flowers did not arrive until the funeral and viewing were done. DO NOT TRUST this company to do anything right or what they promised.
