Demanding & Refusing to prove

I received a call from M. Katzman of Shellco Credit Systems on Tuesday while I was at work on my cell phone. I explained to him that I did not have time to talk and asked him to email me the information. In 2009 I was evicted from a property in Barrie, Ontario by Realstar Property Management. I was out by the date stated in the eviction notice. In following emails with M. Katzman, he stated he had a court order in place for an amount that I owed to Realstar and that if I did not pay by Friday, he would garnishee my wages and bank account to cover the debt. I explained to him that I had moved out prior to the eviction date and the documents he was showing me from Realstar were incorrect as the date they stated I had vacated the property was almost a month later than my actual date that I vacated. I also asked him to send me copies of the court order showing that a court order was actually in place for that amount. Mr. Katzman ignored requests for proof of the court order and stated that if he did not have $500 in his possession by 3PM on Friday, he would put the garnishment in place despite my claims of the actual date I moved out were incorrect on Realstars document. The only official document which he was able to show me, were Landlord & Tenant Board order. I will not start to make any type of payments until such time as he proves he has a court order in place. If he wants to take the Realstar documents to court, to try and obtain a judgement based only on their say so, I will argue the date I vacated.
