Crappy Product! Even Crappier Attitude! The BC Vaporizer a Really BAD Idea!

I received the BC Vaporizer in the mail and was disappointed right from the start. The cheap plastic design is flimsy and unstable, besides the fact that the heating element that runs straight up the centre of the device when heating the plastic heats up as well and over time will begin to release toxins into the body.

The herbal blend is place directly on the aluminum heating element (which by the way you cannot on control the temperature of and is set way to hot) and will also release toxins over time. The unit also burns the product instead of vaporizing it.

Upon calling the company to try to better understand the product and what the return policy is (something I really should have looked at before purchase). I was met with hostility and resentment. The first person I talked to was less then helpful and hung up on me. When I called back I got the answering machine, I left a message for any owner or manager. The phone call I received back was incredible unexpected I got Steve Smith the owner of the company, and he was peeved he called me with a chip on his shoulder and it was all down hill.

He was unwilling to hear my complaint and informed me that his employees are authorized by him to hang up on anyone that they feel is a nuisance. He then threaten to hang up on me if I did not listen to him, he talked about the company statistics, how much he sold last year, who invented the vaporizer etc... Nothing of relevance to my complaint. He then told me I was a liar and that the product works fine "it has not flaws". He has never had a problem and I am wrong. The arrogance and unwillingness to listen to a customer complaint was appalling.

He is a man with not respect for his customers and is only out to steal your money with a not worthy product. Don't be fooled by the Global National New report on his web site. He is a scam artist and the product is no good.

Please do your research, and don't be ripped off like me.
