Told me I'd go to Jail if I reported him

I received a letter and check in the amount of $4890 and was told to contact Bob Morris before cashing the check. When I called I was already on Google looking up the phone number and it popped up as a scam. In order to collect $250K I need to send him a check in the amount of $2985.

When I informed him that I'm reading that this is a scam and that I have every intention of reporting him he told me that if I did I would go to jail. I asked for further clarification as to why I would go to jail if he sent the scam check to which he told me "not to screww with him".

If anyone wants to bring this guy down I'll galdy file too
