Dale Smith, Adam Smith, Father Son Scam Artist Team!!

So my back in April I posted my fiance's resume on careerbuilder.ca. He received a call from Adam Smith to come for an interview, he went then he was invited for a second interview and I was to go down with him. Which I did. Having just lost a high paying job my fiance was anxious to get a new job. We stupidly signed up with a $100 deposit.
My fiance ended up running a seasonal company for a couple months and put off going for his first "counseling" session with his assigned counsellor. He made numerous calls to Adam Smith to let him kknow that he would postpone everything until after summer.
In the meantime he has secured a job so we called RD Group asking for our deposit to be returned. Allof the sudden Adam no longer works there and Dale Smith his father has taken over the account and informed us we will be lucky to get half. There is nothing in writing stating the deposit is non-refundable and there was never any service provided, my fiance never even filled out all the paper work they need before the first meeting with a counsellor.

So I am asking anyone else that has had issues to please send my a formal letter so I can take these people to court, I want to get my money back, I know it is only $1000 dollars but it is sheer principal.

Dale and Adam Smith are rip-off artists so PLEASE if you hear of ayone looking into the RD Group as a career counsellor WARN them!!!
