Andrew Webber is a scam artist and uses Western Union to get money out of you.

I knew something was wrong when he began delaying the artwork to us. I told him deliver the artowrk or refund! He said he would refund. That's after 3 weeks of waiting. Then he took another week of delaying the refund. And now he is not returning calls to us or paying us back! This man is pure bad and needs to be jailed immediately! I would love to join a class action suit against this scam artist! And shame on Western Union and The feds for not catching this guy sooner!

I have compelte records of correspondence. This guy is damn good at what he does and he needs to go down!
