SCAMMED ME OUT OF $2880.00 BY SENDING ME A FAKE CHECK, OFFERING A FAKE JOB! CUSTOMER SERVICE EVALUATOR

They found my resume online, they contacted me over the phone with a job offering, to be a customer service evaluator a.k.a secret shopper. They told me that all i have to do is go to any location they send me too (kmart;walmart;mcdonalds etc..) buy what ever they ask me to buy then rate the way i was treated.

My 1st (and only) assignment arrived 12/12/05 i received intructions to go to a local walmart and use their money gram service, along with the instructions i received a $2880.00 check. I was told to wire $2590.00 back to them, keep $200 for myself, and the rest would be the fee to wire the money.

I ended up depositing the check in a freinds savings account. after 4 days we checked the balance in her account and saw that the funds where available. we withdrew the money and i completed my assigment, i went home filled out my "customer evaluation sheet" and faxed it to them along with my "schedule".

2 weeks later we find out that the check was a fake. Of course the bank took back $2880.00 from my freinds account, for which im now paying her back in weekly installments.

Ive filed a complaint with some people called "phonebusters" supposbly they do investigations but that had gona nowhere. Ive contacted banks lawyers, state police, no one has been able to help me. I feel that im alone in this that theres nothing i can do to catch them and that theres probably hundreds of people taken advantage of by these guys. I feel like i can trace the phone #'s these guys call me from and then find them my self but of course that takes money, which at the moment i donnot have.
