Patrick Niemeier is a con artist on the very highest level. He has a bogus company that he sells shares in. He then collects money from investors and then skips town with the money leaving the office personal responsible for the financial debt that he has ocurred under the bogas business name. He has done this in California USA before he came to Canada. I personally know of hundreds of people he has burnt in towns all over ontario.
