This Joesph wrote me a letter with a magic voucher where I was to answer two question and send him $10 and he would tell me my lottery numbers where I would win millions did not give a return address and just for curiousity I checked his name and was lead to this canada-complaints.com so he is still scamming and his picture on the letter looks like he is having a nightmare very scarcy looking Did not respond just thought I would let you know. He sent this on Feb 28, 2012 so he still at it.
