I received a letter in the mail from a company called Grand Financial Service Incorporated stating that I was the winner of a Market Survey Sweepstakes Lottery. Along with the letter I received a check for $4, 450.00 and was directed to pay a tax of $3, 400.00 to a tax agent, Walter Harrison, at 2546 Voss Road, London, UK. The method of payment suggested was either Western Union or Money Gramm.

I was instructed to contact claims agents Steven Ross or Jessica Wilson at 1-778-322-8599 to start the claims process.

The name listed as the Promotions Manager at the bottom of the letter was Franklin Perce. The bank whose account the check was made out to be from was Regions Bank, Little Rock, Arkansas.
