Wow that check sure looks real, but once you start researching addresses (google maps) thats where it ends. Not only are the addresses fake but someone should have proof read that pathetic "notification letter" before they started mass mailings. I hope nobody falls for this scam and if they do I'm certain no one will be brought to justice because of some loophole in our laws.

I guess it's alright for foreign countries (in this case, Canada) to prey upon us hard working Americans with these scams that go unpunished. Well they seem to have wasted money (postage, letter, envelope etc.) on sending this scam to my address and if everyone else throws this in the garbage then we can hopefully scam the scammers.
