READER'S DIGEST LOTTO - POWERBALL
$375, 000 winner on draw, March 3, 2009

Miscellaneous

I was sent a letter and told I won $375, 000 in the Reader's Digest Lotto / Powerball contest. It contained a cashiers check for $2, 300.88 drawn on Capital One Bank. I was told to call within 10 days, which I will do, and talk to David Kuster to activate my claim before cashing the check. I am going to do this just to see what this moron says. The ID number on the letter was RD103/77/09 which is very similar to another report submitted on RipOff earlier this year with the same contact and phone number. First of all, why would Reader's Digest run this through Canada and why all this confusing crap to get the money. I was under the impression that they come to your house with the winning check. I have also not entered any contest for Reader's Digest in the last 10 years... oops. I am passing this crap on to my DA for the county in Florida and I suggest anyone else getting this to do the same. We have got to send these people to jail.
