Rip off

I made an order with this company.they billed my credit card $89.17cdn and did not ship the product.they only have the 800 number witch is automated so you can not even call the store directly for information.directory assisstance only has the 800 number listed as well.they do not respond to emails also..who knows if the store actually exists..i'm afraid this is a rip off scam..so peaple beware..i will also file with the better buisiness bureu of canada to get this web site shut down.any advice and help would be appreciated..thanks
