Price Protection Contract signed under my name by an authorized mino

On October 22, 2007, a representative from Ontario Energy Savings L.P. came to my appartment while I was away and they were allowed in by a minor who happened to be in the residence at the time. They got the minor to sign an Agreement under my name for the period of 5 years. They got the minor to provide them with a previous Hydro bill in order to get my account information. They then asked the minor to sign on my behalf, with the confused minor did without realizing what he was getting me into. I was never told about this contract until April 24, 2009, which at this time I contacted the company and had them fax me a copy of this so called Agreement. The copy that was sent to me on May 1, 2009, was clearly signed by a Mark Lagace who was unauthorize to sign on my behalf and he was only 17 on October, 22, 2007.

I've been paying rediculously high Hydro bills for the last 2 years without being aware that such a contract existed under my name. I imediatly got the Agreement cancelled which they did without a cancellation fee since it was signed illegaly. I asked to be completly compensated for all moneys payed to them durring the durration of this illigal contract. They flatly refused the compensate me so I made a claim with the Ontario Energy Board and I would like to have this matter inverstigated fully. I require compensation for the overpaid moneys that this company has stollen from me since the bigginning of this illigal contract which I was unaware of. Thank you for your time.
